This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Fast Kart Parts may be returned and how refunds are processed.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for return approval, the product must:

Be unused and uninstalled
Be in original, resellable condition
Include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation
Show no signs of mounting, wear, racing use, or modification

Any item that has been installed, mounted, modified, or used on a kart is not eligible for return.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval. To request a return authorization, email: [email protected]

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Returned products must be packaged securely. We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Installed or used parts
Electrical components
Special-order or custom items
Clearance or final sale products
Modified or cut-to-length items
Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process described above.

Warranty Disclaimer

Racing parts are performance components that are subject to stress, wear, and unpredictable racing conditions. Fast Kart Parts does not guarantee product lifespan or performance outcomes.

If a manufacturer provides a limited warranty on a specific product, warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms. We may assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer when appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
